This is a beautiful property. There's a wide logging trail running through the property. There's a small bridge that gets you over the one valley. Sturdy enough for an ATV with large poles underneath. There's a cable entrance and at the top of the hill would make for a great spot to put a cabin/home overlooking the smaller of the two ponds. This property is nicely wooded and has quite a bit of undergrowth to hold whitetails. There was bear sign in the large berry patch, deer tracks down by the large pond. The property is currently in the MFL – Open program. It is currently getting switched to the Closed program, this will go into effect January 1st, 2022. Just outside of Barronett and not too far from the Twin Cities. The ATV trails are just around the corner and then you can travel all over the place.
