I was a first time home buyer with no experience. Brandon was the first person to call me when I noted my interest on a property on Zillow. At this point I didn't really even know what to expect in general from a real estate agent. While I have no frame of reference as I haven't worked with other agents, I am certain Brandon went above and beyond what one could reasonably expect, and I feel I really lucked out having worked with him. - Brandon took the time to educate me on what I should be looking out for in general. In one of the cases we went to a property, I immediately saw something that is a deal-breaker, let Brandon know to not waste his time. He agreed with me on my deal-breaker point, but offered to show me around and explain in detail the other features of the property, just so I can use that knowledge when we are considering others. - Brandon had a long construction management experience, and when I had some in-depth questions he was able to explain entire construction processes, pros and cons of each, maintenance of each, etc. My specific examples were with older construction vs new construction homes, traditional vs log cabin style homes, septic systems, wells vs city connected water, roof types and various heating systems among others. - Brandon was super responsive, both in communication and in arranging property visit appointments. I was looking in rural areas in the winter, and he was even willing to visit properties that were hours away every time. - On the property I ended up buying Brandon suggested adding conditions to our offer, pointed out things that should be fixed up prior to buying, and gave me heads-up on multiple things during the closing process I wouldn't have known myself. Months after I closed I had a question about buying land, and figured I would ask him, and even at this point he was helpful in answering my question and giving advice. I would without question recommend Brandon for those looking to buy a home.
